I have backed up the partition table! If the hard disk partition table is damaged in the future. I restore the partition table. Will my data still be there? If so, is it the data before the partition table backup or both before and after the backup?

If you don't re - partition after backup, restoring the partition table won't damage the hard disk data. The boot sector and the partition table are two different things.

The data when restoring the partition table is all the data saved on the hard disk before the partition table was damaged after the partition operation in that backup. The premise is that you haven't performed formatting or zero filling yet.
The restoration of the partition table can only recover data. If there is a problem with the boot sector, you should first repair the MBR.
