很漂亮的DOS记事本，由于是系统有的，所以代码精悍，仅仅4行代码+一个测试文件。压缩前568字节，压缩后仅仅249字节，下载快速。

说明：压缩文件里面有两个文件，采用拖放式执行：
Edit.bat----------------主程序，拖放到上面即可执行查看任务。
test----------------------测试用，可不要，仅仅是测试效果，拖放到Edit.bat上面就可以执行了。
功能亮点：
1.系统自带，无毒。
2.不仅可以查看，还能编辑。
3.虽然可以识别中文目录，但是不支持中文输入。
4.英文界面，运行快速，鼠标操作。
5.适用于：BAT、VBS编程和英文记录。
