我在局域网内,有些电脑能打开,有些电脑不能打开?难道网站作了限制??
我产用上述方法PING到其IP,

但打不开
用IP138,http://www.ip138.com/ips8.asp?ip=miibeian.gov.cn&action=2
确提示miibeian.gov.cn >> 该地址无法解析为Ip

I am in a local area network, some computers can open, some computers can't open? Did the website make restrictions??

Actually prompts miibeian.gov.cn >> This address cannot be resolved to IP
