· 不太熟悉xcals 的使用，是不是和cals 方法一样？

c盘一文件 c:\c.exe

判断 C盘 格式并转换为ntfs 格式， 然后搜索用户，把c:\c.exe 权限设置为 在所有用户中都能运行，但不可以删除(包括管理员)。
