3、规范化确实是论坛的一大缺憾，一直以来，各位管理人员都是按照自己的理解来处理各种违规行为，虽然不会偏离大原则，但是，这个版块主可能只是站内短信警告一下，而另外一个版主却会毫不手软地一删了之，标准的不统一，未免给人一种各自为政的混乱感觉，希望论坛能好好规范一下；
4、我曾经以菩萨之心、妇人之仁，苦口婆心一一纠正版块内的违规标题，不厌其烦地站内短信告知各种注意事项，表面风光无限，干的却是牛马活，结果收效却那么有限——投河的人排着队接二连三往下跳，即使你是铁人三项冠军的消防队员，你也有累趴下的那一天！都要求版主要以体谅的心态管理论坛，可是，广大的会员们，你们自己呢？要求你们以体谅的心态发帖也不是过分的要求吧？难道大家真把版主当做累不垮的铁人了？
