Change the file time and date information.
FD pathname ] ]
/D Set the date to
/T Set the time to .
/P Pause after each screen.
/S Include Subdirectories.
Running FD without /D and /T will stamp the current
date and time on all files matching the file specified.

FD 那个全适应，Touch 不适应CMD.
