各位高手:我在安装window 98(虎头版)在安装时出现了如下的错误信息:
You multi-function device (standard Dua1 PCI IDE Controller) has some child device using 32-bit drives and others using compatibility -mode drives . This configuration is not supported . So your computer has been halted to prevent corruption . After you restart you computer . Windows will use compatibility –mode drivers for each child device attached to this multi –function device . If you want to use 32 –bit drivers ,you may be able to obtain an updated driver for the device that caused the problem by contacting your hardware manufacturer . or you can disable the device .
我的分区格式是:FAT32,我硬盘分区大小是:10G.15G,20G,35G的,开始我以为是我的C区分得太大了,后来我改为5G,再次格式化各个分区,可是重新安装时,还是出现上面错误信息,我重新启动电脑,系统会自动安装下去,最后,安装完后,可是我安装主板驱动程序时,发现我光驱里的碟不可以读,请问各位大侠,我的问题出现在哪?不幸感激!
