用DOS可实现许多在WIN中不能实现的操作。
DOS启动盘只要有最基本的项目就可以了。没有必要有太多的工具在里面。

Many operations that cannot be achieved in WIN can be realized with DOS.
A DOS boot disk only needs the most basic items. There is no need to have too many tools in it.

怎么说呢,WINDOWS始终还是离不开DOS,没有DOS就没有WINDOWS了,从DOS目录的树状结构来看,DOS好比是树根(根目录),而WINDOWS则是树枝(子目录),从某种程度来说,DOS能更出色的完成任务,甚至可以完成WINDOWS所不能胜任的任务,比如说病毒等因素引起的引导区信息丢失,WINDOWS陷于瘫痪状态,而用一张DOS启动盘启动后,输入几个简单的指令,或许就可以使系统起死回生了.

How to say it, WINDOWS still can't do without DOS. Without DOS, there would be no WINDOWS. Looking at the tree structure of the DOS directory, DOS is like the root (root directory), and WINDOWS is like the branches (subdirectories).
