　　 DR DOS 6.0 mainly has the following features:
　　 1. By using Disk Compression technology, it can convert a specified disk (hard disk) into a compressed disk, nearly doubling the usable disk space, such as turning 40M into 80M. This allows hardware resources to be fully utilized.
　　 2. Through the serial port, it can achieve “dual-machine communication” between two microcomputers, meaning information can be conveniently exchanged between them, such as remote control operations, viewing directories, and copying files to each other.
　　 3. It provides task-switching functionality. By creating a switching area or switching file for each task on the disk or in extended (expanded) memory, foreground and background programs can be quickly switched with hotkeys, and information exchange between tasks can also be realized.
　　 4. It can make more reasonable and effective use of memory. For extended memory (EXTEND) and expanded memory (EXPAND), it supports existing memory management standards. That depends on when it was written. DR-DOS 6.0 is already long outdated now; ROM-DOS 7.10 and the like are the new generation of DOS operating systems.
