"After extracting DOS71CD.ZIP there should be three files: DOS71CD.ISO, FILE_ID.DIZ, and README.TXT. The latter two are documentation files; the first one is the file to be burned."
Do I need to open DOS71CD.ISO with other software first, and then burn the files inside it one by one to the CD, or do I not need to open it and just burn DOS71CD.ISO directly to the CD to make a boot disk? |

It should be: you don't need to open it; just burn DOS71CD.ISO directly to the CD to make a boot disk.
There are lots of introductions online about how to burn ISO files to CDs. |

If you want to add files, you can use WINISO to open it and add the files, then save it and burn it.
