When I wanted to overclock, I ran into a problem in the BOIS settings and got a black screen. They say I need to discharge it, but what is discharging? I don't know how.

Find your motherboard manual and look it up there, it explains it. CMOS discharge is the operation of restoring the BIOS settings stored in CMOS to the factory state. Different motherboards have different ways of clearing it, so take a look at your motherboard manual and you'll know how.

If you don't know where the discharge point is, then simply take out the motherboard battery, wait about 5 minutes and it should be OK. Finally put the battery back in.

Generally it's done by setting a jumper; on some motherboards you have to remove the BIOS battery, for anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minutes.
Newbies had better look at the motherboard manual.

Just take the battery out, then use a piece of metal to connect the contacts in the battery slot, and that will do it
