As the title says, I'm using fdisk, and the warning is in English so I can't understand it 5555555555. What's going on?

This is not an FDISK error.
Your motherboard BIOS has a setting enabled to prevent writing to the disk boot sector.
In the motherboard BIOS's Advanced Feature Setting, you can set the item with the word Virus in it to DISABLE.
