First please go to http://www.rising.com.cn/ and download a registry repair tool to fix it, then use MSCONFIG to disable the corresponding program in the registry that is causing the problem. Or use Windows Optimization Master to optimize it.

I've tried everything you said, no use! I even restored the system with ghost and it still didn't work. Using Internet Assistant didn't work either.

When booting up, don't go online first. Run MSCONFIG and check whether there are startup items calling REGEDIT or IE options or a URL address. Uncheck them, and the related files can be deleted.
Then use an IE repair tool or similar to change the homepage. After restarting, the problem can generally be solved.

You can open "Run", enter "regedit", use the search function in it to find the modified homepage, and delete them all. After that it should be fine. I did it this way once. But every time I opened IE, it seemed that some symbols before the address bar inside it were written wrong. I don't know why it was like that either. Obviously I had already changed the homepage in the registry! But this doesn't affect your browsing the web.
If any big brother knows, can you tell me?

I've tried all the things mentioned by the poster above. I often get this kind of virus.
My method is to run regedit and search for the modified homepage. It seems there are 2 places that need to be changed. Change them, then restart.
If it still doesn't work, then just use GHOST to restore the system. (This is definitely OK.)

Run REGEDIT, then search for the modified homepage and delete all of them. Then open INTERNET Options in IE and change the homepage to a blank page. If that still doesn't work, use the software Kinglion mentioned, or Q me, I have a registry repair program. Guaranteed to work, I use it often. myqq:43500498
