Does anyone know whether the DOS 6.22 Chinese fonts in the Win98 and WinME systems can be used in DOS 7.10? Do I just directly copy the file PDOS95.bat from Win98 and WinME into the DOS7.10\dos71 directory?

It should work. PDOS95 is basically the predecessor of PDOS622.
As for PDOS, you'd better take a look at the thread about using PDOS95 to make a boot disk; that will be helpful to you.
