1. Boot the computer with a boot disk and enter the PCTOOLS9.0 directory
2. Run DE.exe, choose main menu--select--Drive
3. After entering, choose Drive type--Physical, press the space bar to select it
4. Press TAB to switch back to Drive, choose Hard Disk, press Enter, then return to the main menu
5. Open the select menu, Partition Table will appear; enter it and the partition table information will appear
6. Find the system partition, for example drive C, change Beginning Cylinder from 0 to 1, save and exit
7. Restart, enter CMOS, run "IDE AUTO DETECT", save and exit
8, Repartition, high-level format.

By the way,it does not works sometimes.

Also, you can use DISKFIX and NDD to do the repair. Use several different programs for repair, to make up for the shortcomings of any one program.
