You can first go to the forum and download some learning software to take a look at, understand some basic knowledge, and then study further.

Take a look at some basic DOS tutorials; that helps with understanding WINDOWS too. After all these years, whenever WINDOWS crashes, don't you still have to go back to DOS to sort it out...

There are lots of tutorials here, you can download them and take a look. Also, use a search engine to search for: MS-DOS基础教程V4.0（po jie edition）, download it and give it a good read.
