Experts, I'm a beginner. A couple of days ago I installed Norton Internet Security, but after that, once I enter XP I can't do anything. Does anyone know how to get into DOS to uninstall it? How can I solve this problem? Sorry to trouble everyone.

I'm not too sure, but you should probably go into the software's installation directory and run uninstall. Not sure if that will work, but give it a try! Good luck!!

It's not a DOS installer, Uninstall won't work. After entering XP, can no programs run at all?

Enter the XP registry and see whether there's any information there. If there is, you can use some software to uninstall it!
If that doesn't work, you can only delete it manually!!! |
