I think it’s better to start with assembly. It’s fundamental, but rather difficult... You don’t necessarily have to master it, just understanding it is enough.
If you can’t keep at it, then learn VB. Then C→→→→C++→→→→C#→→→→→JAVA→→→→
High-level languages are easier to get started with.

I think you should start with C language. C language is basic training and easy to grasp.

Old languages have already been phased out, and learning them isn’t especially useful. If you have confidence in yourself, and your funds allow it, you can study the NIIT courses developed in India~ They’re very good.
