Guys, why is it that my WIN98 can't shut down normally?
It always shows "Windows is shutting down"...... But it just won't shut down... I'll treat you all to tea, little brother here is asking for help.............. |

The following only applies to WIN98:
Method 1, WindowsUpdata (upgrade WINDOWS) Method 2, download the shutdown patch Method 3, use software like Super Rabbit, and set it to disable fast shutdown |

Check whether the power management in your Control Panel has a delay setting~ if it does, just change it to never
