How do I restore the registry under DOS?
I didn't make a backup beforehand. Will the system back it up automatically? My PC can't boot now. Please advise. Thanks |

There was a post earlier about restoring the registry under DOS. Look for it. The system will automatically back up 5 days' worth of the registry.

Under DOS, use the scanreg /restore command. By default, the system keeps 5 registry backups.
