Where can I find e-books for systematically learning batch programming? What I can learn here is not systematic enough, just bits and pieces. Books like "MS-DOS Batch Processing Applications and Techniques" can't even be found on GOOGLE, and I can only see the first few chapters in some electronic libraries.
