I mean to back up a copy of Windows 98, what command do you use under DOS to find it. And also how do you format c: under DOS Is FDISK the command? Can someone send me the commands once so I can take a look I mean how do you install Windows 98 in DOS mode and after formatting C:? Can any expert help!!! Waiting online for an answer!! |

Doesn't seem like there's any way to answer you, you'd better go here www.hongen.com/ and read the tutorials.

To format c:, of course use format c:/q
To install 98, if you only have one partition then use dir win98/s (not necessarily win98, maybe pwin98 or win98se ). If you find which partition it's on, it's generally in the root directory, then run setup /is/ie/iv and it should be fine. |
