Because I need it for studying, I want to modify this boot disk.
The machine I use is a TCL computer, HT 2.6G hz with 256M of memory. I want to learn DOS, so when the machine was set up they specially left me a FAT32 partition (I'm using my work unit's computer). There is a lot of software on it that I can't use. How can I slim it down a bit? I want to install a better Chinese character support system on it. I want to remove the help files (I printed 12 sheets of A4 paper for them!), and I don't want the files for booting 9X either. Please help me. |

I want to slim this disk down a bit, remove the software I don't need, and add a better Chinese character support system.
As long as it can start all DOS programs, that's fine! |

Man, you think even a boot disk is too bloated? Then it can only have the system files left.

Use a USB flash drive. It can boot, and it can also meet your needs.
