Hello, experts!
I have a fiber-optic testing machine, a TD3000 optical backscatter instrument. Its software is a DOS extended application program, and because it has to work together with the hardware, it cannot run on a PC. I want to export it, Chinese-localize it, and then import it back into the machine to replace the original file. Is this kind of Chinese-localized software feasible? Would it also be necessary to install something on the original machine to support Chinese characters? Please give me some advice, experts and moderators. Thanks!
