I only know that vol is used to view the volume label.

LABEL Creates, changes, or deletes the volume label of a disk. Creates, changes, or deletes the volume label of a disk.
LABEL LABEL drive: Specifies the drive name. label Specifies the volume label. /MP Specifies that the volume should be treated as a mount point or volume name. volume Specifies a drive (followed by a colon), mount point or volume name. If a volume name is specified, the /MP switch is not necessary. That's all I know. |
