In the Run box, type: winipcfg or ipconfig/all and press Enter.
Note: only for Win9x. For Win2k and WinXP, just go look at Network Properties directly.

Win2k or WinXP users, type cmd in Run or open "Command Prompt", then enter ipconfig /all and that's enough
Somehow somewhere I've got to choose.
No matter if it is win or lose.

I'm using win2k, so why is it that when I enter winipcfg at the command prompt, it says "winipcfg is not an internal or external command, operable program or batch file", but when I enter ipconfig/all it can display the IP?

The IPs found with these commands are all internal network IPs. If I want to see my dynamic IP on the Internet, what command should I use?
