Dear experts, a few days ago I bought a WINDOWS XP installation disc, but now after installing it, after a while an MS-DOS prompt always pops up by itself in the XP interface. If the system has QQ or some other program installed, when I click that program with the mouse it automatically pops up an MS-DOS prompt. I'd like to ask everyone, what should I do? How can I delete this thing? Or some other solution, anyway, as long as it stops popping up. Because of this I've reinstalled the system more than 10 times! Thanks, everyone.

I suspect you've got a virus or trojan, run a scan and remove it.
