I use XP (installed in C:\), and I don't have a floppy drive! Under the XP environment, I first extracted the files in the image to a folder on the hard disk, for example d:\dos Then I ran SETUP.BAT But after following the prompts all the way through the installation, only these were created in the target folder: a folder (empty) "~dosetmp" a temp file (1k) "~~W~~.TMP" I've never used DOS, please tell me where I went wrong?

It must be due to an operational mistake, so the installer displayed an error message partway through and then exited automatically. Please post the error message it showed so we can take a look.
