After partitioning a new hard drive, copy win98 to drive D and then install it. How can I speed up the installation?

Only Win2000 installation needs to load smartdrv.exe |

I know about setup. I'm asking how to load smartdrv.exe when installing Win98 (without loading it from a boot CD).
What exactly do I do under DOS? |
