Question about using kv2004's DOS virus scan like this, please help take a look: thanks ! - China DOS Union Forum

When it reaches a certain RAR file, it ends like this and automatically returns to DOS or Windows. At first I thought it was a virus, so I moved that rar away and scanned again, but when it got to another rar it still did this. What do these terms mean? Many thanks:

Why did it terminate the virus scan? It's the same under pure DOS. Did some error occur, does 2004 have a BUG, was it killed by DOS--KILL???

An error occurred, maybe because KV doesn't recognize the archive format compressed by WINRAR3 or above. When scanning for viruses, you'd better set it not to check files inside archives; that can also speed it up.
