Following the method introduced in the Win2k, XP dedicated thread, I ran into a big problem: 1, I can't find BOOTSECT.DOS on drive C:, doesn't this mean my laptop has never had Win98 installed? How do I create this file? 2, the small tools used in the dedicated thread, BOOTPART and SRCTools—why is it that when I double-click them, the window pops up for an instant and then automatically closes again in an instant. It seems like they execute some code by themselves. Why can't I use these two programs?? 3, could you explain these kinds of concepts? No, booting from MS-DOS installation disk 1, it says NTLDR is missing please press any to start! Why can't it even boot! Why is NTLDR always missing? How does the admin solve this
