How come I can't find the BOOT.INN file on drive C:? Please point me in the right direction.

In 2k and XP, just open Explorer or My Computer, choose Tools ---> Folder Options, then turn on the “Show all files” option. It's basically about the same as what post #4 said.
Usually the BOOT.INI file is in the root directory of drive C:.
