What I'm using now is IBM DOS version 7.03 on the PQ boot disk, it seems like it can't recognize FAT32 partitions

Where is there a PC-DOS 7.03? There is only DR-DOS 7.03, right? DR-DOS 7.05 supports FAT32 partitions.
