These are two multi-part archive volumes. You need to download them into the same folder and name them respectively:
Haike .part1.rar and Haike .part2.rar
Use WinRAR to extract them, and you'll get the tutorial.

For Hongen's, you can only read it online. Mine can be downloaded and read locally. The content is all about Microsoft's DOS; I made the format myself. If it's useful, download it; if not, then don't read it. Purely business labor As for that 0, hehe, I really didn't notice it. No need to bother with that now.
