I only know how to use WIN98 or WINXP, I don't know how to use DOS! Right now I have XP installed, but when I run into problems I need DOS in order to install WIN98 or WINXP! Which expert can teach me! Thanks in advance, little brother here!

1. First set the computer to boot from CD-ROM in the BIOS
2. Put the Winxp installation disc into the CD-ROM drive and restart
3. Just follow the prompts on the screen...
If you can't understand the English prompts at the beginning... there's nothing I can do either

My XP was downloaded onto the hard drive! I want to install a dual-boot system! If XP breaks! I can boot with 98!

Install "MS-DOS 7.10 full installation edition", then select the Win98 GUI plug-in included in it, and Win98 can then be installed automatically under MS-DOS 7.10.

If you're doing it just in case, I still suggest you'd be better off reading more posts and books about things like operating system installation

Installing Windows98 and XP isn't hard, is it? It's better to install 98 first and then XP, because that avoids some errors!
