I have an automatic backup batch file, and the automatic backup command in it is as follows:

ghost -clone,mode=pdump,src=1:1,dst=d:\backup.gho -split=680 -z9 -auto -sure
(It means: automatically create a 680MB split-volume GHO image backup of drive C on drive D, using the highest compression ratio.)

Question:
When both drive C and drive D are FAT32, executing the above command automatically creates a 680MB split-volume image backup of drive C on drive D;
But if drive C or drive D is NTFS, the image backup produced by executing the above command is found to have been created on drive E after returning to Windows!

What should this batch command be written like so that, no matter what format the partitions are, the image file can always be created on the second partition?

Try doing it manually and see whether the result is different.

NTFS partitions are ignored
that's just how it should be
it can't be saved to an NTFS partition
it has nothing to do with the GHOST version
