Installing WINNT40 on MSDOS70, file copying goes normally

After the system reboots automatically, it blue screens when running KERNEL.EXE (that is, where the little dots should appear)

Error code 0X000007, which means memory controller error (when I had just started winnt, the system once automatically

hung, prompting that it was currently running in real mode and that I needed to run lock, so I followed the prompt, rebooted, and lock c: and the installation continued)

But if I install it with Wenjiuba's DOS disk there is no problem (same LOCK C, why? Why why???

It seems MS-DOS 7.10 has no problem

It's DOS 7.0 from 95

Maybe NT4 was released after 95, and 95's LOCK (disk protected mode) can't recognize it, so it won't let WINNT.EXE read and write the boot sector. As for the KERNEL.EXE problem.. not very sure
