Installing WINNT40 on MSDOS70, file copying goes normally

It seems MS-DOS 7.10 has no problem It's DOS 7.0 from 95 Maybe NT4 was released after 95, and 95's LOCK (disk protected mode) can't recognize it, so it won't let WINNT.EXE read and write the boot sector. As for the KERNEL.EXE problem.. not very sure
