Download a DOS driver for the RT8139 and read the instructions inside carefully.
Actually, you only need one file, RTxs.exe (I don't remember clearly, I think that was the filename).
To load the driver, you just need to type rtxs.exe 0x?? (I still don't remember exactly what it was).
