In this text, I used the following command to modify it but no operation was performed, and I don't know where the mistake is. Please help to check.

The intention is to replace "RootDevice"= with "RootDevice"="{6F31C22A-394B-42E8-9C65-CBF63AFC8CF2}"

This should not be an encoding problem and the encoding has been defined later (encin:UTF-16LE -encarg:GBK -encout:UTF-16LE -unisign ). I can replace it with the -ric parameter, but only the content of the first line can be replaced, and there are still 3 lines below that cannot be replaced. The -rnnlic parameter is said to be able to define line breaks in the description, but I don't know how to define the starting segment after this parameter, and the problem may be here.
