I've finally found the organization!
When I was running XP's cleanup, I accidentally deleted the DOS originally in the system, or at least that's what a newbie like me thinks. It wasn't until I read Wengier's article "How to Boot Pure DOS under WinNT/2K/XP" that I finally felt there was hope!
Has my DOS already been deleted? Because I can't find the bootsect.dos file in the primary boot partition, what should I do now!
Please save me, everyone! Many thanks!
