System device loading and system environment setup under DOS, I can't figure these out?
According to relevant materials, to configure the environment under DOS, basically these two files, config.sys and autoexe.bat, need to be used. 1: files=number 2. buffers=number ................. I have read about these, but I just don't know how to operate them and where to operate them? (Is there those two files in the C drive?) Regarding system device loading and system environment setup under DOS, are these important? It feels quite complicated! |
