Little brother just used COPY to copy a file. The content is as follows

copy/b 1.mp3+七里香 完美cd版.mp3
But it didn't succeed. It showed as follows:
The command syntax is incorrect.
But replacing "七里香 完美cd版.mp3" with dongfengpo.mp3 succeeded. It showed as follows:

1.mp3
dongfengpo.mp3
1 file(s) copied.
I'm just a novice in this area. I hope all the experts can give help. If there is time. Just help explain about the naming of long - name files; for example
For 1234567890.TXT
XXXXXXXX.TXT
There is also incorrect expression. I hope the experts can understand

Qiliangxiang Wanmei CD Ban.mp3
It seems there are spaces between the file names, and I'm also a newbie, not sure if the answer is correct or not

Does the meaning of double quotes is to treat the quoted thing as a normal string?
