Declaration: I'm a newbie!!
I want to learn DOS basics, but I can't seem to understand the things on the forum. Just now, I saw a book in the bookstore titled "Windows Server 2008 Command Line Practical Guide", can I buy it? The content starts from the basics, which is quite suitable for me, but I don't know if the Windows Server 2008 command line is the same as other Windows command lines, so I haven't dared to buy it yet. It's more than 60 yuan. |

The most crucial point is that the command line is not DOS.

Batch processing commands are based on DOS, right?

I took a look, and the commands in it are no different from those in batch processing.

It seems to understand. DOS is a system, and the command line is a tool for operating by using commands in Windows. But the command line is understandable, and the DOS commands are almost clear too, don't you think so?

The command line is a simplified version of DOS

Thanks to the fellow brothers for helping. But the younger brother has always had one thing unclear. Can you directly learn the command line to study DOS commands??? Want to learn DOS and play batch processing, don't know where to start. Worried.

Learning batch processing under Windows can be done by just looking at the command line. For learning batch processing under DOS, it is suggested to read DOS batch processing books. Many commands and their usages are different between the two.

Written, haha... Just learn Windows first, and then gradually transition to DOS.
