When a DOS command finishes, for the results output to the screen I can only see the last part, the earlier screen contents just scroll past in a flash. How can I view the full output? Please advise, thanks.

Add | more after the command
For example: xcopy /? | more

Sometimes using “| more” does not work. In that case you can use another very good method, namely the redirection command “>”. For example, xcopy /? > test.txt This way you can not only see all the information, but also save it and print it on paper.
