My C: drive is 30G, which is too large. I want to take some of that 30G from C: and put it into D: and E: without touching D: and E:. There’s a lot of stuff on D: and E:, and I don’t want to format everything. Is there any way?

You can use PQ or DISKGEN to adjust partition sizes.

pq---merge, as long as the file systems are the same.

PQ means PQmagic. It and DISKGEN are both GUI partitioning tools. Using PQ is a bit more convenient, almost as easy as using WINDOWS. It can repartition and adjust partition sizes without data loss. The website below is an introduction to PQ:
