CMD is an application under Windows.
It indicates that the operation method is somewhat similar to that under DOS.

DOS is an independent operating system.
CMD is a command-line interpreter, which is just an ordinary program.
CMD.exe exists in OS/2, WinNT, and ReactOS.

I think CMD is like a DOS virtual machine under WINDOWS, except that this virtual machine's functions are very incomplete

The feeling of the 6th floor is completely wrong, and the same goes for the 7th floor.
