If there are ghosts, of course ghosts would be comfortable. They won't die again, can change shapes at will, be free, don't need to earn money or have a house, no troubles, how carefree.
The thing is, people are manageable, but ghosts are not manageable (not sure if they exist) ── from this aspect, it's still better to be a human.
