I was power - off when refreshing the BIOS. It is estimated that there is still a possibility to flash back the BIOS. My system is WinXP - SP3. I don't use Msdos.sys Io.sys Command.com in the Win98 startup disk plus the refresh tool to enter DOS for flashing back. Please let me know what program can be used!!

Pull it out and take it to the person who repairs the motherboard to reflash it. It's ten yuan. I've tried many times to boot from the floppy disk, and it simply doesn't work! I've tried all methods.

Some motherboards can, some cannot. Those that can will prompt to boot from a floppy disk. Those that cannot simply don't power on.
