How do I install it? Don’t install any operating system, just install DOS to the hard disk, and don’t use a boot disk. How can this be done!!!

Use this MS-DOS 7.10 full installation edition, it can do all this automatically:

Notes: it fully supports FAT32, large hard disks, large memory, long filenames, can directly boot Win3.x/9x, etc...

The moderator is right, if you download a DOS 7.10, it can be installed directly under a WIN9X environment

You haven’t understood what he means. He means installing DOS without depending on any system.
But this is impossible to achieve. Without a boot disk, no system can boot at all.
You can only stay stuck at that screen after the BIOS check, what else can you do?
