How do I install it? Don’t install any operating system, just install DOS to the hard disk, and don’t use a boot disk. How can this be done!!!

You haven’t understood what he means. He means installing DOS without depending on any system. But this is impossible to achieve. Without a boot disk, no system can boot at all. You can only stay stuck at that screen after the BIOS check, what else can you do?
